The Process for us doing business together is really very simple and straight forward. 

  1. Once we know the products you want we will send you a detailed work order for your approval.

  2. Next, you e-mail us your artwork or we create artwork for you and e-mail you a proof of it for your approval.

  3. Then, we produce your imprinted products. Average turnaround time from start to finish is approximately 10-14 days.

  4. Lastly, your promotional products / imprinted apparel arrive to your place of business on-time and within budget.

  5. Also...you pay us in U.S. dollars along the way - 50% deposit and balance upon shipping. We accept credit cards and company checks. You can even fax us your check.

 

Our Guarantee to you is 100% satisfaction. If you're not happy we promise to come up with a solution that you're 100% satisfied with including refund or replacement if necessary.

 

Sample Policy: We will be happy to send you samples of any items you wish to take a closer look at. Your cost will be the end quantity (last column) price and no freight charges. We want to make it easy and inexpensive for you to get a sample of our many products.

 

Price Pledge: IMPACT Promotions will match any competitor's price on the SAME item. As a leader in the Promotional Products Industry, IMPACT Promotions offers the best service and most innovative items at extremely competitive prices. If there is a situation where we happen to be higher in cost and you would rather send the order to us we will honor any special or published advertised price on the same item*.
*While many items may look the same in a picture, there is often a difference in quality (or service level) if there is a discrepancy in price. The adage, "you get what you pay for," is very true with these types of products. IMPACT Promotions only offers the highest quality products with premium service - there is a LIFETIME GUARANTEE on EVERY item we sell.

 

Artwork File Format: First the short version; Adobe Illustrator, Freehand or Corel Draw (not Photoshop unless 4-color process) files with all type/fonts converted to outlines, curves or paths or a EPS file with all type/fonts converted to outlines, curves or paths. Now, if you want more information; Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia Freehand Workable EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) files with text/fonts converted to outlines, curves or paths are preferred. A laser print of the art and PMS or Pantone color numbers should be included and sent via fax if necessary. Preferably, you can e-mail us with a PDF (Portable Document Format) file of your art and color numbers. If possible also include the original Vector art file from Illustrator, Freehand or Corel Draw. You can attach all three files (EPS, Vector, PDF) individually to your e-mail or if you are using Winzip on a PC you may compress them into one .zip file before attaching and sending.

 

Over-Runs/Under-Runs/Exact Quantities: A 5% over or under run is always possible and each order will be invoiced for the exact quantity shipped. We need to be informed on orders requiring an exact count and extra charges will apply.

 

Payment: You must pay us. Credit card charges need to be authorized before work can be started and then charged when the order is shipped. Credit card payments are subject to a three percent (3%) cash discount loss (credit card fee) to cover the fee the credit card company charges us. Money orders or company checks require pre-payment or a fifty percent (50%) deposit and payment of the balance before your order is shipped. We can also accept your check by fax. We don't do COD, sorry.
